职责描述：
- Manage the modification, cancellation for bank accounts within allSSUs entities according to statutory, regional and group treasury policies
- Handle documents preparation for Bank guarantee, Letter of Credit,Bill of exchange, etc.
- Responsible for timely incoming fund register and support the cashcollection reports
- Co-work with AP and be responsible for preparation of outgoingpayments incl. third parties, T&E reimbursements timely andaccurately according to defined schedule, financial control andcompliance policies
- Handle monthly Group Netting process
- Prepare cross boarder payments procedure according to bank, SAFE andtax regulations incl. normal trade, export and non-trade
- Manage bank reconciliation incl. cash pool reporting
- Prepare cash forecast reporting according to regional and group requirements
- Co-work with AP to check / review T&E reimbursements according torelated T&E policies
- Coordinate with outsourcing firm to manage original documents,vouchers filing
- SOP/WIN owner for incoming and outgoing payments
- Ad-hoc activities on coordination projects within finance

Each organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessaryeducation, background, training, and experience to assure that allactivities required by this part are correctly performed and shallestablish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that allpersonnel are trained to adequately perform their assignedresponsibilities. Training shall be documented.
• Above College Degree in finance / accounting / business related
• Basic accounting qualification
• At least 1-2 years working experience in cash management; experiencein banking / financing industry will be a plus; Prefer experiences inhandling with cash pool transactions
• Be able to communicate in English
• Skilled in MS Office, excel, knowledge in SAP FI will be plus
