Post-doctoral position in Nanomedicine

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in the Nanomedicine laboratory of Dr. Srinivas Sridhar at Northeastern University, in collaboration with clinical scientists at Dana Farber Cancer Center, in the area of biomedical applications of nanoparticles and nanomaterials. We are looking for dynamic individuals interested in frontier research in nanomedicine, preferably with research experience in characterization and synthesis of nanoplatforms for drug release systems, and studies in cell and animal models. Ongoing projects include nanoporous coatings for smart implants, and metallic and magnetic nanoparticles for optical imaging and MRI. A Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Materials Science or related area is required.
