Description
POSTDOCTORAL POSITION on Computational Biology available immediately atthe Department of Biological Sciences, University of Maryland BaltimoreCounty (UMBC) to develop computational approaches for protein domainrecognition and understanding the molecular mechanisms involved in disease.
The candidate will work with a collaborative team from UMBC and FDA andwill have affiliations in both institutions.
REQUIREMENTS A recent Ph.D. in computational biology, chemistry,biology, physics, computer science or related fields is required.Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills,and display initiative as well as independence.
