Responsibilities 1.Provision of medical care within area of expertise in InternalMedicine Department and as internal medicine physician. Will also act asconsultant for complicated medical conditions for all specialties in the2.hospital and support in the ICU as needed. 3.Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients inInternal Medicine Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgentpresentation) and ICU. 4.Help with medical development programs of internal medicine, such asdevelop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems . 5.Select, order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings 6.Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoseswith most likely diagnosis indicated. 7.Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, procedures and theimplementation and management of therapies in accordance with medicalprotocols. Write signature on chart based upon institutional policy 8.Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary andappropriate for plan of care if privileged to do so. Consult as necessary. 9.Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of actionincluding blood gases, radiology, ECG, etc., but not limited to these. 10.Participate in education and training including medical and nursing staff. 11.Participate in community healthcare service signed by Jiahui. 12.Follow bylaws and policy and procedure of Jiahui. 13.Other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer and the Chairof Internal Medicine.
Qualifications 1.Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Internal Medicine ORChinese physician practice license 2.Medical degree from an approved school of medicine. 3.Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred 4.With certificate of internal medicine attending/associate chief level 5.Fluency in Mandarin Required, fluency in English preferred
