Responsibilities： 1. Independently conduct the research and development of stem cellprojects, combing literature research, design research protocols, followup on experimental progress, record original experimental data, writeresearch reports, and report on experimental progress; 2.Carry out the research on skin repair and reconstruction, stem cellsand biomaterials, skin tissue bank and cell bank, and stem cell clinical translation; 3.Responsible for expanding the partnership with stem cell clinicalinstitutions in China, and building and maintaining the clinicalresearch expert resources. Requirements： 1.PhD degree in cell biology, molecular biology, etc; 2. Passionate about basic biotechnology research and committed tolong-term development in this field; 3. Have published high level research papers of this field, or achievedhigh level results recognized by peer experts is preferred; 4. Work rigorously and pragmatically, with a strong sense ofresponsibility, outstanding scientific innovation ability and teamwork spirit; 5. Have a broad vision, keen scientific insight and innovation ability.
