Overall Purpose of the Job:
1.As the professional leader of Healthline services, to ensurefulfillment of all responsibilities of Healthline services and beaccountable to achieve business and service quality target.
2.In charge of Healthline and other wellness product development,optimization and promotion.
3.Liaising with internal functions, support operation and businessdevelopment of Healthline and other wellness related products.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Management of Healthline team
•As the team leader and manager, to supervise daily rotation arrangement(rosters to be done by the roster administrator), objective setting,performance assessment, team-building and coaching team members.
•To provide clinical governance and receive medically relatedescalations from the Healthline Advisors.
• To take overall accountability of Healthline service quality andreport to related management team.
• To take the overall accountability to lead Healthline team reach itsbusiness targets.
• Support of service delivery to take direct calls from the customersand provide support and advice/recommendations as per the scope ofservices defined by our wellness solutions & Healthline service.
2.Liaison with internal functions
• Be responsible for internal communication, support and cooperationwith Sales and Marketing, operation, customer services, and medical teamfor Healthline and other wellness service related issues.
3.Define and develop wellness product/service
• According to market demand and client’s needs, lead and support theteam to define, develop and deliver new wellness products, service andassociated supporting SOPs, documents and technical requirement, as wellas ensuring that proper medical guidelines and clinical governanceguiding principles are applied.
4.Support wellness product promotion activity
•Liaise with Sales and Marketing team, support wellness productpromotion activity including attending client meetings, deliveringwellness education lectures and organizing promotion activities etc.
5.Support sourcing and relationship maintenance of third party wellnessservice providers
•Liaise with Global Assistance Network team and Partner Development teamto support Healthline and other wellness
Job Requirements
•At least 10 years formal clinical practice experience
•At least 2 years of experience in leader role, or as projectmanager/leader for more than 2 completed projects in health or wellness field
•Fluent English and Mandarin in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
•Taking initiative and responsibility for all case related and othertasks, both at individual- and group level.
•Ability to work well within a team structure.
•Customer service spirit with care and empathy.
•Be able to handle complaints and conflicts.
